I provide individualized therapeutic services for adolescents, emerging adults, and adults. I am extremely passionate about helping individuals work through the rough and uncomfortable experiences of their lives. I believe every person comes to therapy with their own individual needs, and my role is to help facilitate their individual needs. Therefore, I adapt my interventions based on a comprehensive assessment of who an individual is and exactly what they need.

I am not here to take sides. The goals of couples therapy are your own, no matter what stage in your relationship development. I will work with you individually and together to: deepen friendship; create intimacy; productively manage conflicts; develop methods and tools to manage resolvable problems; and explore ongoing issues. I have completed Level I Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use their interventions to aid couples in cultivating healthy relationships.

I am a Prepare-Enrich couples’ facilitator and offer pre-marital counseling to couples looking to improve or strengthen their communication and conflict resolution skills before marriage.

I utilize the Prepare-Enrich couples’ assessment and curriculum, which focuses on helping committed couples gain a deeper understanding of their relationship dynamics, personality, stress, and strength and growth areas.

Let's Cultivate the Life You Deserve

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training that teaches parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors and health and human services workers and any other citizen how to identify, understand and respond to an adolescent (ages 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.

I am a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I would be delighted to share this dynamic and life changing information with you and your organization. Let's work together to dismantle the stigma of mental health and educate others in recognizing adolescents experiencing mental health or substance use challenges in our circles of influence and communities. If you are interested in scheduling a training or would like more information, please click "Let's Talk" below.
